 Because the wild horses of Corolla are truly wild and live mostly out of view on the north end of the island, seeing this fierce contest between stallions on the beach was a rare event. I was lucky enough to be at the right place with a camera, and snapped a number of pictures of the event, which lasted about an hour and a half.
